Progress!


Ok. Today = Big step in the right direction!


Today is the first day that I have been able to truly say I have FULL extension and flexion!


Since the last time I blogged I have been working quite hard on my physio. I have put together a program for myself that kinda goes as following:


10 minute bike

Quads: 3*10 wall squats

3*10 calf raises

3*10 side leg raises

3*10 clam curls

Hamstrings: 3*10 Hamstring curls on ball

3*10 Wall pushes

3*10 Hamstring pulls with cord

3*10 second bridge

5 single leg raises while in bridge

Core: Random pilates exercises

15 minute bike

Stretching


It feels great to have a set routine and to work on my body again!


This week has also been interesting because I did a presentation at my elementary school on how to set goals. As well I think I will get to help out Pacific Sport in the next few weeks ( as a job-sort of) which will be a nice change from being home every day!

  1. Good to see you're up and moving again! I thought I'd mention...while we were in Vernon after Christmas, we went to SportCheck, and what did I see there? A big quote from your dad (unless there are many other George Terwiels out there...doubt it...) about some skis or something. Anyways, it was funny to see a little bit of family in an ugly megastore! Roman took a picture of it, and my mother was quite excited (but then again, she's easily excited by things...)
